The KING of social media is still the go to Real Estate Marketing strategy for 2021.

Let’s start with the Facebook marketplace. This is the new Craigslist. List your listings in the Facebook marketplace and generate free traffic and leads with just this one easy source.

Groups: Join in your local community groups and start networking. Join some real estate related groups but also join in some other groups related to your community and hobbies. Some of the best leads may be found in your local Facebook dog groups!

Your Personal Profile: An underrated technique that not a lot of people know about is creating separate lists of friends inside of your personal profile. Let’s say you did start to generate leads from those dog groups. You can create a list of friends on your personal profile and call it leads. Then any time you post something like a home or dog related you can check off the list of friends you would like to see it.

Facebook Advertising: Facebook advertising is one of the fastest ways to gain a ton of exposure for yourself as the local real estate expert. It is also a great source to get your listings exposure and to generate quality leads! (WHAT WE SPECIALIZE IN!)

We’ll start with this. Do you know the what the second largest search engine in the world is? Yup! It’s YouTube. Do you want to be found in search? Then what are you waiting for?!

The key component is this. What is common knowledge to you as a real estate agent, may not be knowledge at all to someone who is knows nothing about real estate. Someone who has never bought a home before and/or someone who has never had to sell their home before. Creating basic knowledge videos for your local community is always a great place to start. Google is constantly making updates to their search algorithm. Wouldn’t you like to benefit from those updates and beat out your competition in local search? GMB (as we like to call it) is extremely easy to set up and use. FULLY set up and optimize your GMB profile.

Real estate agents can post photos of their listings, clients, and anything else related to their business. No, this is not like posting in Instagram. Utilize local keywords that people are searching for to help your business shoot to the top!

5. Google Advertising

Google advertising is a great strategy to get your business to the top of page 1 with a relatively low cost per click. It’s going to be tough to beat out the big guys like Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com organically. Utilizing a great CPC campaign can help you get in front of your local audience and keep them off of those other sites.
